Choosing an apartment in Paris

A good solution for a medium or a long stay in Paris is to book an apartment. Service flats and apartment hotels, despite not being cheap, are still chosen both by businessmen and families, as this way they save money in comparison to a budget hotel.

All Paris rental apartments and studios for tourists and travelers, feature a kitchen or kitchenette to prepare meals. Even apartment complexes are rather expensive, with prices up to 1500 Euros per week for a 2-3 people flat in the city centre.

Cheaper lodging solutions can be found in the outskirt arrondissements, such as Reuilly on the Rive Droite near Gare de Lyon, Gobelins - characterized by recent buildings. There is a wide choice of apartments even in Luxembourg area famous for its gardens bordering the Senate house and in Popincourt, the 11th arrondissement, on the Rive Droite, close to Place de la Bastille.
