The wealth of apartments in Dubrovnik reveals its nature as a seaside resort for families and actually there are much more rental apartments and residences in the city than hotels.

In high season you can easily find hospitality in all the districts of the city from the harbor to Lapad, up to the road that leads to Cilipi Dubrovnik airport. But unlike what happens in other places in high season, because of the great range of apartments available in Dubrovnik and the adjacent areas, in many cases the average prices fall even sharply.

For example, in July there are apartments suitable for families of three or four people at € 50/ 60 per night, while superior residences maintain a higher standard appropriate to the quality of service offered. This gap depends on residents, who make their homes available to tourists during the summer at very affordable prices.
